Q: How long does it take for my orders to be delivered?

A: Approximately 3-7 working days by our 3rd party delivery service provider. You will receive an email notification once the order has been scheduled for delivery.

 

Q: What is the standard shipping charges?

A: Our standard shipping charges per order are as follows:

Purchase $80 and above (after deducting discount or instant rebate voucher if applicable) are entitled to enjoy Free Delivery.
Shipping charge is $4 for those orders below $80.

 

Q: How can I track my parcel?

A: You can track your parcel once you have received an email that your order has been scheduled for delivery. The tracking number will be enclosed in your email. Kindly check your junk mail if you have not received any email from us.

 

Q: Is there international shipping?

A: Unfortunately, no. Currently we are only accepting orders from Singapore.

 

Q: I have submitted incomplete delivery address on my order, what should I do?

A: Once your order is successfully submitted, we regret to inform that we are not able to accommodate to any changes to the order. If you have any enquiries on your order, please contact us at cs_innisfree@sg.amorepacific.com and we will do our best to assist you.
