Q: Can I return my products?

Q: Can I exchange my products?
A: Exchange are done on case-by-case basis. Kindly write in to us at cs_innisfree@sg.amorepacific.com about your defective products by providing the photos and we will follow up on this issue. 

 

Q: I received an incorrect or missing product, what should I do?
A: We are sorry for this! Please drop us an email at cs_innisfree@sg.amorepacific.com with a photo of the incorrect item and your order reference no.

 

Q: I change my mind after my purchase. What should I do?
